We at Abbey are very conscious of the need to be sustainable, not only through our products but also through our energy, and production equipment choices. By investing in solar energy, we have reduced our operating costs, meaning we can plan our finances more effectively and strengthen our competitive edge. We have purchased new compressors to complement our solar project. These have slashed the CO2 emissions of our old compressors by 2538kg and curbed power consumption by 61.4%. Both strategic investments represent a major step towards our commitment to contribute to a greener planet by becoming energy self-sufficient by December 2026.
